I’ve always been drawn to what’s underneath.
First, as a lawyer in media, then as a manager at Google negotiating high-stakes contracts, I saw the same pattern: the presenting problem was never the real problem. People didn’t just need legal solutions—they needed to untangle the conflicts that were suffocating them.
Now, as a Master Certified Coach I help the NextGen do what seemed impossible: resolve conflicts without confrontation, find clarity in the chaos, and reclaim their freedom to choose. When someone tells me they finally had the talk they needed to have with their father, or that they’ve discovered a path they couldn’t see before—that’s why I do this work.

I draw on different methods depending on what helps you most — repetitive questioning to surface what's really weighing on you, visualization through painting, body work for grounding, and sometimes structured writing. It's "mental decluttering"—like emptying a wardrobe so you can consciously choose what to put back in. Clients often describe feeling lighter and clearer even during the first session.

As a lawyer, I know legal solutions often don't address the underlying conflict that's really draining you. As a coach drawing on my legal background, I help you untangle the knot at its source. You'll gain the clarity and inner peace to actually resolve what's been keeping you stuck, whether that involves legal action or not.

I'm based in Munich and work primarily in person—there's something about meeting face-to-face that makes the difference. That said, virtual sessions are available if distance is a factor.
